Canada’s women’s hockey team came from behind in dramatic fashion against their U.S. rivals to take home the gold medal in Sochi, Russia.
The entire first period lapsed with neither side drawing first blood. Canada fell behind in the second period when American Meghan Duggan scored the first goal of the game. The U.S. added a second in the third period to take a 2-0 lead.
